Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the bossaot platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to them. Read at your own pace — we prefer plain text to fine print.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the platform or creating an account, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please don't use the platform.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure, for the activities performed under your account, and for providing accurate information during signup. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
Use the platform in good faith. The following is not allowed: attempting to access third-party accounts, large-scale scraping, bypassing technical limits, redistributing course content without the publishing organization's authorization, or using the platform for illegal activity.
4. Content ownership
Course content (videos, text, quizzes) belongs to the organization that published it. bossaot retains rights to the platform, brand, and code. Your personal notes belong to you.
5. Organization responsibilities
Organizations publishing courses warrant they own the rights to the content, that it is accurate and current, and that it respects applicable laws and third-party rights. Abusive content will be removed.
6. Termination
You can close your account anytime in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice when possible.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that course content fits a specific purpose. We're not liable for decisions made based on courses.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, except where consumer protection law permits the consumer's local court.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders with 30 days' notice.
